Hi Rose! Welcome to planDisney!
Thanks for stopping by with this great question. With your visit fast approaching, let's jump right into helping you plan for a magical stay!
The Disney Weekday Magic Ticket is a great value that was offered to all
Florida Residents that are able to visit the parks during the week. One of the biggest perks is you could use them on nonconsecutive days and spread them out until they expire. With the expiration date upcoming at the end of this month and certain blockout dates due to Spring Break, you will have a limited amount of days to utilize them.
After speaking with a Cast Member today, they stated that as long as you have not used any portion of the ticket, you should have the option to upgrade the ticket to use on the weekend. For example, if you purchased a two-day weekday ticket and already used one of the days previously, you will not be able to upgrade the ticket at all. If the ticket has been unused, you can
call the Existing Ticket line to speak with a Cast Member. They will be able to perform any changes over the phone and have you pay the difference in cost to upgrade your tickets.
Rose, if you plan to visit the Magic Kingdom, you'll be arriving just in time to try out the latest attraction in Tomorrowland!
TRON Lightcycle / Run presented by Enterprise® is a brand-new thrill ride that officially opens this week! It does require a Virtual Queue boarding group or an Individual Lightning Lane purchase in order to ride. The
Virtual Queue opens at 7 AM on your park day, so be ready on your My Disney Experience App to snag a boarding group.
Have a magical visit, Rose! See ya real soon!
