Cynthia from VA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

For the week of July 21-25, 2025 what would be the hourly rate to book a VIP tour, I realize there is a 7 hour minimum. I can not find the hourly rates for any dates on the website. Please let me know where I can find this information.

    Hiya Cynthia,

Welcome back to planDisney! We are so honored that we can continue to help you plan your Walt Disney World Resort vacations.  Now, let’s talk about an experience from the Enchanting Extras Collection that is at the top of my ultimate Disney bucket list: a Disney Private VIP Tour. I love that you can request a tour guide to fit your family’s overall vibe and goals! It is a truly personalized experience that will make your vacation even more memorable.

The hourly rate of a Disney VIP tour ranges depending on the season and is subject to change, so unfortunately, I am not able to provide you with rates for your planned July dates. You will need to contact a Cast Member using the reservation line for exact pricing. Since you are several months from your reservation window opening up (VIP Tours can be booked beginning 60 days in advance of your trip), they may only be able to provide a range at this time, with more specificity the closer you get to that reservation window.  I can tell you that traditionally, we see that tours are more expensive during holidays, three-day weekends, and school holiday breaks so that you can factor that into your estimate.

I wish I had more details for you, Cynthia, but I hope that helped answer your question. Please come back and see us if there is anything else we can help you with.

    Happy Planning,

    Ashley F.
