    We are a week away from our cruise on the Disney Fantasy and the family is excited to ride the aqua duck! There’s is also another water slide - is there an age restriction? And I’ve heard of a water slide where the floor drops from under you....is this It?

    Hi there, Elizabeth!

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!  Your sailing is fast approaching and I know you are eagerly anticipating the fun in the sun awaiting you onboard the Disney Fantasy!

    Your family will love all the pools and water fun available onboard!  The AquaDuck is a one of a kind water coaster with thrills and excitement the entire ride!  You will definitely enjoy this one and its four deck drop!  Make sure you check out your photo afterwards at Shutters to see exactly HOW much fun you were having while riding!  Guests must be at least 42 inches tall to ride the AquaDuck and children under the age of seven must ride with someone older than 14.  For those smaller Guests, there is also the Mickey’s Pool Slide which is reserved for Guests ages 4-14 and between 38” and 64” tall.  This fun, twisty slide provides the littles with excitement in a safe slide perfect for them!

    In addition to the slides, the Disney Fantasy also has Nemo’s Reef and Aqua Lab splash pad areas, Donald’s Pool and Mickey’s Pool!  Adults can enjoy Satellite Falls and the Quiet Cove Pool area while the kids are enjoying the Youth Clubs onboard!  So grab a lounge chair, sit back and enjoy the fun in the sun!  And maybe a pizza for lunch, too!

    I know you will have a fantastic time at sea, enjoying EVERYTHING that the Fantasy has to offer.  I hope you’ve packed plenty of sunscreen...
