It sounds like you have a great plan in place for your Magic Kingdom Park visit! I believe that you should have enough time to make it through the interactive queue to experience the Seven Dwarf Mine Train before you enjoy your meal at Cinderella's Royal Table. Because of the short distance between the two, I would only recommend experiencing Cinderella's Royal Table first if there happens to be an extended wait time for the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train. I hope this helps.
