Hi Moms! We'd like to stay at Wilderness Lodge on the club level. In your opinion, does the club level lounge have enough food to cover breakfast?? Thinking that if we have access to the lounge, we may not need Deluxe Dining.

    Hi Andrea!

Ooooooh, you're in the super fun stage of planning at Walt Disney World Resort vacation. There are over 30 resort hotels of varying room layouts and themes, some that are right in the middle of everything and some that are away from it all. I really like your style of "roughing it" at Disney's Wilderness Lodge.

I'm actually staying in a club level room at Disney's Contemporary Resort right now. At check-in we were escorted upstairs to the lounge by a wonderfully helpful Concierge who told us that at Disney, a club level breakfast is what they consider "continental breakfast plus." Selections do change daily, but you'll most always find bagels and assorted pastries, plus jams and spreads, as well as fruit and cereal. The "plus" might be salmon to add to your bagel, or a hot option like oatmeal. You'll also find a selection of juices and a wonderful coffee station. It's definitely enough to hold you over until lunch, or to serve as a filler until you can get to a later breakfast reservation, say at 10 A.M.

On days that you wanted to mix it up, Disney's Wilderness Lodge has amazing breakfast options at their on-resort dining locations. The quick-service option Roaring Fork serves classic Mickey waffles but also has a playful spin on a bountiful breakfast with items like bananas foster's french toast or pulled-pork cheesy grits. But if you're really looking for a playful meal look no further than Whispering Canyon Cafe. Here the servers offer up delicious breakfast staples with a side of funny puns and some slight ribbing.

I hope this helped a bit, and We'll See You Real Soon Andrea!
