Hi, Melanie!

Taking a break to enjoy a delicious meal during a busy day at Walt Disney World Resort is one of my favorite things to work into our schedule. While there's no easy way to link you to a list of restaurants that offer outdoor dining, I'm happy to list them or you! I'll list Table Service options, as well as Quick/Counter Service. (There are also lots of snack options that are grab and go, but I'll mostly cover dining locations where you can sit down outdoors for a meal.)

Let's begin with Walt Disney World's four theme parks:

Magic Kingdom

Table Service: Tony's Town Square Restaurant has a few tables on the outdoor patio.
Quick/Counter Service: Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe, The Friar's Nook, The Lunching Pad, Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe, Sleepy Hollow, Tomorrowland Terrace

Epcot

Table Service: Rose and Crown Dining Room (UK Pavilion), Spice Road Table (Morocco Pavilion), Tutto Italia Ristorante and Via Napoli Ristorante e Pizzeria (Italy Pavilion)
Quick/Counter Service: Too many to list here, especially if you visit during the Epcot International Food and Wine Festival (July 15th - November 20th, 2021), which features over 20+ Global Marketplace Kiosks. You'll want to avoid Sunshine Seasons in the Land Pavilion, as all seating is indoors.

Disney's Hollywood Studios

Table Service: The Hollywood Brown Derby Lounge - the outdoor patio has Walk-Up seating and features delicious libations. At this time, their tapas-style menu has yet to return - only drinks for now.
Quick Service: ALL quick service locations offer some form of outdoor seating, either connected or close by.

Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park

Table Service: Nomad Lounge - this wraparound porch outside of Tiffin's, with Walk-Up seating, features a menu of small plates and Specialty Cocktails
Quick Service: ALL quick service locations offer outdoor seating, either connected or close by.

Now, get ready for the BIG list...
Disney Springs

Table Service: Chef Art Smith's Homecomin', City Works Eatery & Pour House, Frontera Cocina, Jaleo by Jose Andres, Jock Lindsey's Hangar Bar, Morimoto Asia, Paddlefish, Paradiso 37, Planet Hollywood, Raglan Road Irish Pub and Restaurant, Rainforest Cafe, Splitsville Luxury Lanes, STK Orlando, Terralina Crafted Italian, The BOATHOUSE, Wine Bar George, Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill
Quick Service: Nearly all quick service locations have outdoor seating, except for Starbucks and Erin McKenna's Bakery NYC.

There isn't currently a way to request outdoor seating when making an Advance Dining Reservation, but you are welcome to do so when you check in with the host/hostess when you arrive.
