We’d love to have dinner on Christmas Eve, but we’re not going to be in the parks. Ideally, we’d like a buffet for more options, but mostly we’d like something festive. Should we book Storytellers, Goofy’s Kitchen or something else in one of the hotels?

    Hi, Lindsay!

Welcome to planDisney, and thanks for sharing your question with us. It's a pleasure to help you plan a memorable Christmas Eve dinner!

Goofy's Kitchen is the place to be if you're looking for a festive vibe. It's lively and upbeat, and the company couldn't be more exciting. Storytellers Cafe will also be a good option, but the characters only visit this restaurant for breakfast and brunch.

Finally, I suggest Napa Rose at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa. Their food is extraordinary, and you can look at the menu online to see if it fits your family's needs and tastes. I love Napa Rose for its seasonal menu and refined dining atmosphere, and it sounds perfect for a joyful Christmas Eve!

I hope this answer helps you find the best place for your special night. Once you choose, remember to book your table using the Disneyland Mobile App. If you can't find your table immediately, I recommend booking a backup plan and checking for the table of your dreams. People constantly change their plans, and I'll be crossing my fingers for you over here!

May the magic be with you,

    Julie
