Hi Amy. Definitely recommend seeing Fantasmic if you can -- its probably my favorite night time show. I wouldn't be too concerned about not being able to get a dinner reservation that provides you seating at this show. Two things work in your favor - its a pretty large arena and it sounds like you are traveling during a time when crowds will not be at its peak. With this being said, how early you plan to arrive depends upon your interest in getting the best seating possible (i.e. in the lower-half middle of the stadium). If that's important, I would make sure to line up 45 minutes or so in advance. However, if you are just concerned about being able to get in to see the show, I think 15 minutes would be sufficient to guarantee your family a seat. You should also be able to judge how early to arrive based upon the crowds/lines you find during the day. If it does turn out that lines are fairly long, I would simply plan to move your planned arrival time up 10-15 minutes. Hope you enjoy the show!
