Ben from Herefordshire Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

We’d like to book one of the special adult-only restaurants for an evening during our cruise on the Disney Fantasy, but don’t want to miss any of the special show performances. How can we find out what’s happening in which night of the trip?

Ahoy, Ben, and welcome back to planDisney! We always love when you sail by.

Thanks so much for your great question. One of my Disney Cruise highlights is the dazzling nighttime entertainment, which is out of this world! While specific days and show times are subject to change, the Broadway-quality entertainment on the Disney Fantasy may include Disney's Aladdin - A Musical Spectacular, Disney's Believe and Frozen, A Musical Spectacular. You will be blown away by it all - the costumes, talent, and sheer production value! Also, don't forget, on most Disney Fantasy sailings, Guests can expect a Pirate Night, which includes Disney pals in their garb, a delicious Pirate-y themed bounty for dinner, a late-night Deck Party, and more swashbuckling fun.

Ben, I can absolutely understand your desire to coordinate your adult-only dining experiences with the nighttime entertainment. However, you'll find out the complete entertainment schedule on the Disney Cruise Line Navigator App as soon as you connect to the ship's Wi-Fi, once onboard.

Some information that might be helpful to know, Ben, is there are normally two nighttime show times each night. If you are assigned to the first main dining seating, Ben, you can enjoy your dinner first around 5:45pm and then attend the later show which begins around 8:30pm. If you have the later dinner seating, you will be able to attend the show around 6:15pm and dine later around 8:15pm. If you're okay with skipping your rotational dining experience, you may attend either (or both!) show times. So, hopefully, that's helpful in your planning, knowing there's some flexibility there!

Another idea for your adult-only dining experience, Ben, is to make a reservation for brunch, instead of dinner. I actually prefer a brunch at Palo, so as not to interfere with the nightly themed dining rotations I love so much. And the ocean views are spectacular! Might be something you'd like to consider!

I sincerely can't wait for you to experience the magic at sea with Disney Cruise Line, Ben. Your voyage on the Disney Fantasy will be filled with incredible activities, relaxation, and, most of all, memories that will last a lifetime.

    Magic awaits,
    McCayla

But even when I'm not physically at the Happiest Place on Earth, I truly feel that same joy when I can help others (YOU!) experience the magic of Disneyland Resort too.
