    What websites or computer programs do you recommend for creating touring plans? Thank you

    Hi Tami!

    If you are looking to minimize the time you have to wait in lines, then I highly recommend the touring plans from the team that writes the "Unofficial Guide to Walt Disney World".  Len Testa and his team have a website at TouringPlans.com where you can make custom touring plans after you subscribe for a small fee.  Their touring plans are based on a lot of math and years of research.  As an engineer, I am a huge fan of their work.
