    Is there a website that can inform us a couple of days before we leave for the Disney Parks, that would tell us the times of all shows in the parks?

    Yes, there are websites that you can visit to get times for shows in the theme parks.  The following links will take you to the specific theme park calendar(s).  Once at the calendar simply select the month of your visit and then click on the day that you are interested in viewing.  You will see the various showtimes listed for each day.  Here are the links:  Magic Kingdom Calendar, Epcot Calendar, Disney's Hollywood Studios Calendar, and Disney's Animal Kingdom Calendar.
