Greetings Alicia, and welcome to planDisney!
Like Rapunzel longing to see the floating lanterns of her kingdom, you've been patiently waiting for the perfect time to set off on your Walt Disney World adventure. Now it's time to live your dream, and I hope you have the best day ever!
Like so many of us, it sounds like your 2020 vacation got tangled up in the mess of the pandemic. I'm grateful that during this unprecedented time, Disney Parks and Resorts were flexible and considerate as Guests' plans changed. Sometimes
theme park tickets that have technically expired are no longer visible in My Disney Experience, but don't fret; I promise neither Flynn Ryder nor his thieving friends have made off with your tickets, and they're still in your account. To confirm the status of your unused tickets, you'll need to call the number on
this page for Existing Tickets. Disney Cast Members can view entitlements linked to our accounts that we can no longer see and can also upgrade the tickets so they are valid for your next visit.
Once your theme park admission is squared away, let the fun of
planning your vacation begin!
2024 is going to be an incredible year in the Disney Parks with several new experiences set to debut. My family is especially excited to ride
Tiana's Bayou Adventure in
Magic Kingdom Park and explore
EPCOT's newest neighborhoods. Be sure to keep an eye on the
Disney Parks Blog for the latest news, and stop by
planDisney with any questions that come up as you prepare for your magical getaway. Best wishes for a memorable trip!
