Currently, you cannot look up past reservations and charges on the
My Disney Experience mobile app or through the website. However, you can contact the Research and Billing department and they will be happy to assist. Their phone number is (407) 828-5630, Option 3. They are open daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Disney Dad Tip: While on your Disney vacation, if you are staying at a
Walt Disney World Resort hotel, you can check all your charges with a couple of taps on your smart device. Just log in to the My Disney Experience mobile app and click the link to your Resort hotel. Next, select "My Plans" then "View Charges." There, listed in order, are all your charges and the associated restaurant or merchandise location. It is absolutely awesome! If you would rather speak to a Cast Member about your trip expenses then visit the hotel front desk for some fun Disney chatter and a printed expense portfolio. These charges are the paper trail back to your reservation.
