Welcome to planDisney! Before you can make a payment, let’s first make sure you are eligible to make a payment. If you purchased a
Vacation Package (which means you purchased your theme park tickets in the same transaction as your resort hotel reservation), then you are eligible to make payments toward your final vacation package. However, if you purchased your tickets in a separate transaction from your resort hotel, then you likely have a room-only reservation and will not be able to make the final payment until you arrive to check in.
Either way, Steve, you can locate your resort reservation by logging on to your
My Disney Experience account. Once logged in, you should see “Steve’s Plans and Tickets.” Scroll down to see your upcoming reservation details, including dates, confirmation number, and an option to pay if you have a Vacation Package. Click the make a payment option and complete the onscreen instructions to make payments until 30 days before you arrive, when the final payment is due. If you don’t see a choice to make a payment and you know that you have a package, I recommend contacting a
Cast Member over the phone. They can process your payment over the phone or help you troubleshoot any technical difficulties.
