The web link "https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/guest-services/disability-access-service/register/" is not available from the UK, it reverts to the homepage. Please advise on how UK guests can register for DAS prior to arrival.

    Hello Matt,

Thanks so much for bringing such an important question to us here at planDisney.

As the current UK Panelist, I can totally relate to your valid question concerning applications by British Guests for the Disability Access Service (DAS).

Firstly, Matt, I'd like to offer some reassurance that Guests with Disabilities will find a wealth of assistance, and understanding from Cast Members during their holidays to Walt Disney World Resort.  I know from my own personal experience just how kind Cast Members can be, and also how the Disability Access Service (DAS) can accommodate a disabled Guest's visit to the most magical place on earth.

It might be useful to understand that only quite recently have Guests been able to pre-register for the Disability Access Service (DAS) via video chat.  However, at present, Guests like you and me, from the United Kingdom are not yet able to take advantage of this handy video chat pre-registration for the Disability Access Service (DAS).

Of course, this fully explains why you've experienced a webpage redirection to the UK-based Walt Disney Travel Company homepage when accessing the USA-based disneyworld.disney.go.com website.

I am, however, happy to share that Guests from the United Kingdom will still most definitely be able to register for the Disability Access Service (DAS) upon arrival into any Disney Theme Park by stopping by Guest Relations

Plus, I'm pleased to share that any Disability Access Service (DAS) that Cast Members may issue, will be good for your entire length of stay (currently, up to 60-days) at Walt Disney World Resort.

Additionally, if you did have any specific questions about visiting Walt Disney World Resort with a disability, it's always possible to email Cast Members direct via: Disability.services@disneyparks.com

Matt, I hope that I've been able to provide a little pixie-dusted insight for you today.  If you should have any further questions concerning your upcoming August summer holiday to Walt Disney World Resort, then please don't hesitate to drop back to me here at planDisney.

Have a great Disney day ~ Jane
