    What is the weather like typically in December at Disney World? My family will be there 12/9-12/14. Just wondering if I should be boxing my kids' summer clothes up or keeping them out for our vacation.

    Hi, Danielle!   Well since you are from Ohio like I am, I bet your kids are just like mine . . . if it is not snowing, they think it is warm enough to hop in the pool!   Expect pleasant days (in the low 70's) and cool evenings.    My kids usually wear shorts during the day and toss on a sweatshirt in the evenings during our December Disney adventures.    Compared to the weather you will be leaving behind in Ohio, it will seem like a heat wave!

    But be ready - it can also be quite chilly on rare occasions!   Check www.weather.com for weather conditions in Orlando before you leave home so you pack accordingly.

    The holiday decorations are beautiful during December - you might want to pack some cute clothes for your kids to capture the perfect shot for your Christmas cards while you are there!
