What will the weather be like in October? Our family is going on the Disney Cruise in October and we are hoping it will be warm still.

    Welcome Aboard, Neena!
It's hard to believe August is almost behind us and October sail dates are quickly approaching! I know you're probably crossing days off the calendar, excited about your upcoming Disney Cruise.

The October weather forecast for the Bahamas is looking pretty great, with highs in the mid 80s and lows in the low-to-mid 70s predicted. October falls at the end of the Bahamian rainy season, so it's possible you might experience a shower or two. Let's hope Mother Nature decides to spare you the rain showers, and you can enjoy the beautiful Bahamian sunshine!

I'm excited to see you'll be visiting Castaway Cay, Disney's private island paradise. With tons of splashtacular activities and plenty of spaces to relax and unwind, you're sure to enjoy every minute you spend on the beautiful island! Our very favorite thing to do when we visit Castaway Cay is rent bicycles. We love to take a leisurely tour of the island while working off some of the calories (mostly from the delicious soft-serve ice cream) that we've enjoyed on the ship.

Here's hoping the weather is warm and the skies are clear for your fabulous October getaway. Enjoy your time cruising the high seas with Captain Mickey! - Diane W.
