How is the weather normally for Memorial Day Weekend at WDW? Anything to must pack?

    Hi there, Michelle!

I am happy you stopped by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question!  I think a trip to the Walt Disney World Resort over Memorial Day weekend sounds fabulous.  It is a great time of year for weather in the Orlando area as well.  High temperatures are typically in the upper 80's to low 90's (degrees in fahrenheit).  Daily lows are typically around 70 degrees or so.  As we all know, temperatures around the country can vary greatly.  I would definitely keep an eye on the forecast as you begin packing for your adventure.   Assuming the weather follows typical patterns, I would definitely suggest packing shorts and swimsuits!  I always bring a light jacket or sweatshirt for air conditioned restaurants and such.  As a rule, any trip to Walt Disney World requires you to pack comfortable walking shoes.  You may experience a passing rain shower so you might also consider packing some ponchos as well.

Feel free to write back to me if I can help with any other questions that may come up!

Until then, I wish you a truly magical vacation!
