How is the weather during X-mas at WDW? Should we take our swimsuits? Are there refillable mugs for sale and is so, where can they be filled if staying at the Polynesian Villas? Does housekeeping come in daily or is it certain days like Aulani.

Hello Robert! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

Celebrating the Holidays at Walt Disney World Resort provides a little extra Endless Magic to your vacation. While it may be snowing on Main Street, U.S.A. the weather is usually not cold enough to produce snow without some added Pixie Dust.

The temperature at Walt Disney World Resort varies broadly during the Holiday season. I would recommend that your bring your bathing suits, but with the understanding that the weather may not make for a comfortable swim. The pools are heated but the outside temperature may just not make for a pleasurable experience.

The refillable mugs for sale at Walt Disney's Polynesian Village Resort may be purchased at the Capt. Cook's Quick Service Dining Location and refilled at either Capt. Cook's directly or at a self-serve filling station located near the Oasis Bar & Grill. The Oasis Bar & Grill is the closer location for those staying at Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows.

For Disney Vacation Club Resorts, Mousekeeping services are arranged depending on your length of stay. For stays of 7 or fewer nights, Trash and Towel Service is provided on day 4. For stays of 8 or more nights, a full cleaning is scheduled for day 4 with Trash and Towel Service on day 8. This  schedule repeats for every 4 nights you stay at your Disney Vacation Club Resort Hotel (starting on night 12).

    Have a Magical Vacation!
