what is the weather like at Disney world in January?

    Hi Mark!
Thanks for your question and for visiting with us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel!!
A January visit to Walt Disney World can be a very relaxing time of year to come. The holidays have all wrapped up (see what I did there?), and the crowds have certainly decreased for a bit. Also, I am not a fan of any type of heat, so I prefer this time of year to plan a visit because the temperatures are definitely cooler than during other times of the year.

January is typically the coldest "average" temperature month to visit and July is typically the warmest. January temperatures run between an average low of 48 degrees F (in the evenings) and an average high of 72 degrees F (daytime). I find these temps to be highly desirable and very comfortable, however most guests would probably be more comfortable with a sweater or sweatshirt in the evenings. No matter what the temperature though, I still say that ANY time spent here at Walt Disney World Resort is always COOL.
I hope this helps and I wish you a Magical trip!!
