Hi Lauryn! Oh my goodness! Your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is just a few short days away! Hooray! I know rain or shine you are going to have a magical time but I do have a few suggestions for you as we have spent many a vacation day in a Florida rain shower.
Epcot is our favorite theme park when the weather is less than sunny and perfect. You will have a bit of a walk from attraction to attraction so be prepared with rain gear, a stroller cover if you will have a stroller, and a different pair of shoes for the next day. The attractions at Epcot are fantastic because you can spend as little or as much time as you would like in them and your toddler will have plenty to do.
Grab a clamobile and enjoy
The Seas with Nemo & Friends. When your voyage ends, you will have plenty to look at and enjoy including Bruce's Shark World, a variety of sea animals, Sea Base, and of course, no visit would be complete without stopping by Turtle Talk with Crush. You are going to, "so totally love it dude."
ImageWorks - the "What If" Labs is another great attraction! It's an interactive play area you can visit that includes sensory-inspired fun. Your toddler will love it....and so will you! Figment's Melody Maker is fantastic!
After you have spent some time with Figment, make your way over to the World Showcase. Enjoy each pavilion at your own pace. There is so much to experience! Be sure to grab a meal or at least a snack during your journey. You will also want to drop by the Kidcot Fun Stops.
Many times the rain causes some Guests to shy away from the theme parks. We have had some of our most memorable and fun experiences on rainy days. Priority 1 is safety. Other than that, enjoy the magic!
