    We are are arriving at Saratoga Springs on 1/18 and then switch too Boardwalk on 1/20. When moving our luggage, will bell services be able to keep our fridge items cold?

    Hi Jessica! Absolutely, bell services can help store and transfer your cold food items. Check in with the front desk the day before you leave and let them know your request. You'll be directed to bell services where they will walk you through the transfer process. From 1pm - 3 pm is generally when the resort does transfers. Make sure your perishable food items are packed in a sturdy plastic bag and not a cooler as this makes it more difficult to store. Bell services will provide you with a bag tag that you will give to the service desk when you arrive at Disney's Boardwalk Villas.
