We(3)are going to WDW in April staying on site with 5 day pass. My brother may end up tagging along at the last minute. If he were to purchase a 2 day park pass on arrival would he be able to get a magicband and link to our fastpass and meal reservations

    Hi Renee!

If you think there's a good chance that your brother will join you on your Walt Disney World vacation, I highly suggest you add him to your dining reservations now.  It is much easier to subtract guests from a dining reservation than to add them, especially last minute.

If your brother will be staying in your Walt Disney World Resort room, he will be eligible for a MagicBand.  Do keep in mind that there is an additional charge for more than 2 adults in one room.  The charge varies based on which resort you are staying in.  If he is staying off property, he can purchase a MagicBand in any resort shop or at one of the parks, but it is not necessary to have one for park entry or FastPass+.

You can link together with your My Disney Experience accounts and copy your FastPass+ plans over to him, but you will be subject to what is available.  If the exact time or attraction isn't available, the system will suggest an alternate that best matches.

    Have a magical day!
