Do you have to wear yomask full time in the parks?

    Hi Milly!

Welcome to planDisney! I hope you are in the midst of planning a Walt Disney World Resort vacation because right now is a fantastic time to visit! The theme parks are full of amazing attractions for you to enjoy, including several new attractions that are really incredible. Plus, with the wide variety of entertainment, shopping and dining options for Guests to experience, your trip will be full of magic. Be sure to follow the Disney Parks Blog as you plan your trip to get the latest news and announcements about all of the magic headed to Walt Disney World Resort!

The face covering requirements for Guests visiting Walt Disney World Resort have been updated over the past several months as health and safety protocols have been updated. You will find that the current face covering requirements are:
    • Face coverings are optional for Guests who are fully vaccinated for COVID-19 when they visit indoor locations at Walt Disney World Resort.
    • Face coverings are required for unvaccinated Guests 2 years old and above who are enjoying indoor locations, such as restaurants and the Disney Skyliner.
    • All Guests 2 years old and above are required to wear face coverings when riding on Disney buses and monorails, regardless of vaccination status.
    • Face coverings are currently optional for all Guests when enjoying outdoor areas of Walt Disney World Resort, which includes outdoor attractions, theaters and queues.
So regardless of your vaccination status, you will find plenty of opportunities to enjoy your vacation without a face covering!

Keep in mind that as health guidance changes, the face covering policy will continue to be updated. I recommend that you check out the official face covering policy to stay on top of the latest updates to the policy and to get additional information on allowable face coverings that can be used during your visit.

Feel free to come back to see us if you have additional questions as you continue planning your Walt Disney World Resort vacation! T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
