Since 2011 we are going to WD.We are from Quebec. Special this year, we are going in August without the kids to celebrate our 25 wedding anniversary. Any suggestion to make our trip exceptional, restaurant experience. ect. Staying on a Disney property, DP.

    Hi Sylvie,

Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. What a magical vacation you have planned, to celebrate a milestone anniversary! Be sure to stop and pick up Happy Anniversary buttons, available free of charge at Guest Relations at Disney theme parks and at many other locations around Walt Disney World. It will be so much fun to hear other guests and cast members alike wishing you a happy anniversary!

When it comes to romantic celebration dining, I think that you cannot go wrong with the elegance of Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. The dining at this resort is exceptional. Both Citricos, which offers Mediterranean-inspired cuisine, as well as Narcoossee's, which offers delicious seafood, are lovely locations for celebration. For a truly amazing, over-the-top, five diamond experience, you can try Victoria & Albert's. This dining experience is one-of-a-kind. For and even more unique experience, consider booking in the Queen Victoria Room or at the Chef's Table at this restaurant. Please note that Citricos and Narcoossee's are signature dining locations and thus require two table-service credits when using a Disney Dining Plan. Victoria & Albert's is only included in the Disney Platinum Dining Plan.

Also, consider a Specialty Cruise for one evening of your vacation. There are a variety of Specialty Cruises that can be booked for just you and your spouse, including ones timed to allow you to see fireworks at either Magic Kingdom or Epcot. For a truly luxurious experience, you can also rent the Grand 1 Yacht.

I hope that these thoughts are helpful for you, Sylvie! Have a great time planning your magical vacation, and please do let us know if you have any further questions.
