Mom and daughter on Expedition Everest; Animal Kingdom

    Going to WDW 2/20 & 2/21 with our 8 & 4 year old daughters. Plan on going to Animal Kingdom on 2/20 and Magic Kingdom on 2/21. Due to our limited time, what are the must sees and dos? Possibly doing a park hopper on the 20th. Thanks in advance!
