    Hello, going to WDW in 4wks and can't wait. Our family won't get in until 7pm and I requested ( and paid for) a prefered room, will they still have a prefered room ready for us or is it possible they will be gone by the time we get there? Thanks

    Hi Sandy! If you reserved a preferred room category guest room, then that is the category guest room that will be given to you regardless of your check-in time. In the event that all the guest rooms in the category that you reserved were unavailable for some reason, i.e. renovations, then Disney would upgrade you to the next category of guest room accommodations at no additional charge for their oversight. Again, this rarely occurs and the guest room that you reserved should be ready upon your arrival at check-in. Have a Magical Vacation!
