We're going to WDW in 2 weeks and I've purchased Memory Maker. My parents (under a separate reservation) arrive a few days before us. Will the photos they take in the parks before we arrive show up on my Memory Maker account to download?

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Kathleen!

How exciting it is that you’ll be visiting the Most Magical Place on Earth so soon and have purchased Disney’s Memory Maker unlimited digital download entitlement. Now everyone can be in those precious, magical photos together and with added little Pixie~Dusted magical touches along the way.

If Disney’s Memory Maker is purchased in advance, any photos taken within 3 days of the date Memory Maker is purchased, are not included and must be purchased separately. Given that you have already purchased Memory Maker this far in advance, I believe that your parents, after being added to your Family & Friends List on your My Disney Experience account, will be able to begin capturing their photo memories upon their arrival at select Disney PhotoPass locations with a quick touch of their MagicBands, Memory Maker Card, Theme Park Admission Cards or Disney PhotoPass Card.

View, download and share photos on MyDisneyPhotoPass.com and My Disney Experience mobile app and enjoy all Disney PhotoPass photo products available for custom order and purchase. Disney PhotoPass Help & Support (407)560-4300 is also available for further assistance.
