Hello, were going to WDW the week after Thanksgiving. Will there be an opportunity to meet and take pictures with Santa without going to the Christmas Party? At any of the parks or Disney Springs? I'd love to use this for Christmas cards!!

    Hey Renee!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I’m so happy you’ve stopped by and sent us your wonderful question!

You will be happy to know that Santa Claus and Santa Goofy usually meet Guests, take pictures and share holiday cheer at Disney Springs! You will not need to attend Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party in order to meet Santa Claus. The holidays bring even more fantastic shopping and entertainment to Disney Springs. The grandiose holiday tree is a “can’t miss” photo opportunity! You will love how Disney Springs absolutely transforms during the holidays!

In 2015, Santa Claus arrived to Disney Springs on Friday, November 13 and greeted Guests daily until December 24. Santa Goofy took over from December 25-29. For this year’s dates, I suggest subscribing to the Disney Parks Blog as they offer the latest news and updates for Disney Parks.

Renee, I hope I have helped answer your question and that your Christmas cards can be sprinkled with a little extra Pixie Dust this year!

    Wishing You an Unforgettable Vacation,
