    Hi! We're going to WDW the week of Christmas and this will be our first time dining at Be Our Guest. Our daughter is obsessed with Belle and I'm just wondering if she will be disappointed. Do Belle and the Beast actually come out into the restaurant?

    Hi Ashley!

    A vacation in Walt Disney World during Christmas week is sure to be Magical indeed!  Visiting Walt Disney World during the holidays is one of my favorite things to do too.

    Dining at Be Our Guest Restaurant will transport your family instantly into the imaginative backdrop of Beauty and The Beast.  Although Belle does not appear at this restaurant, it is a most splendid experience in itself.  For dinner Beast does occasionally walk through the dining rooms but he does not stop and greet individual Guests.  Usually there is a meet and greet with Beast that diners may go to after their meal. 

    I think if you prepare your daughter for what the dining experience does entail, she will be thrilled to dine at Be Our Guest Restaurant.  All three of the dining rooms are so well themed that it is hard for me to have a favorite.  I recommend taking a casual stroll around the different dining rooms to experience the magical detail. 

    Since your daughter is a big fan of Princess Belle, you should definitely make Enchanted Tales With Belle a top priority to see in the Magic Kingdom.  Prepare her ahead of time so that she understands this is an interactive storytelling experience and encourage her to volunteer to participate.
