On the WDW website there is a Dream Along with Mickey show and the Move It! Shake It! Celebrate It! Street Party taking place at MK right now. Are they in the same place and just at alternating times? Does the Street Party move down the street? Which way?

    Hi Sydney!

Those are two of my favorite shows/parades in the Magic Kingdom!  The Dream Along with Mickey show is shown right in front of Cinderella Castle on the Castle Stage.  You will not be able to miss this stage if you are walking down Main Street USA toward Cinderella Castle.

The Move It! Shake It! Celebrate It! Street Party starts near the Car Barn at the beginning of Main Street USA and circles around the hub (the rotary in front of Cinderella Castle).  It stops in the hub for a street dance party that offers the opportunity for everyone get out in the middle of the street to dance with the characters.  This is the best location to watch and participate in this parade in my opinion.  After the dancing part is complete the Move It! Shake It! Celebrate It! Street Party heads back to the beginning of Main Street USA to exit in the same place where they started the parade.  When you arrive in Magic Kingdom, you can consult the Times Guide for the specific times for these shows or parades.

I hope that you have a magical time Dreaming Along with Mickey and Dancing with the Move It! Shake It! Celebrate It! Street Party on your next trip to Walt Disney World!

    Keep Dreaming Big!
