1st WDW vacation. We booked a character breakfast around 10:30 am-10:45 am at Tusker House. Not on a dining plan. It takes us at least a hour to eat. If lunch items start rolling out 11:30, are we allowed to eat the lunch items too or only breakfast items?

    Hi there Loo!

I'm so glad that you decided to visit the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question!

Your family is really going to enjoy Tusker House. It's one of my favourite meals at Disney's Animal Kingdom Park.

Since Tusker House serves both breakfast and lunch and reservation times for Guests do overlap, you'll enjoy whatever food you wish on the buffet during your visit. Certainly at the time of your arrival, breakfast items will still be freshly served up. As you progress through your meal and visit with the Characters at your table, should the buffet begin to add some lunch time offerings, you're more than welcome to enjoy whatever is currently being served until your family has finished. I find that most families, including my own, tend to take a good 60-90 minutes total in order to enjoy a buffet, Character dining experience.

I hope you have an enjoyable morning at Tusker House and a fabulous day at Animal Kingdom!
If you have additional questions, please feel free to visit me again Loo. I'd love to hear from you again.

Wishing you a simply Magical time at Walt Disney World!
