Hi, Molly!
There are so many great activities for guests of all ages at Walt Disney Wold. Most activities will be fun for your entire family to enjoy together, but if your kids need to break away from Mom and Dad, you can set meeting times and locations. Make the meeting place a restaurant - I know my kids come running when its time to eat! Here are some ideas for you:
-Spend an afternoon or evening at Downtown Disney. Have a meal together, and while the parents go shopping, the kids can go do DisneyQuest (admission required), fly sky-high on Characters in Flight, or even take in a movie.
-Enjoy pool time at your resort. Depending on where you stay, your kids might enjoy some arcade time, renting bikes, or just having fun on pool slides while Mom and Dad enjoy a cool beverage at the pool bar.
-Water Parks are great for teens. While Mom and Dad relax under the shade of a palm tree, the kids can hit all the slides and pools.
-With the warm summer temperatures, a boat ride might be fun for your teens! There are many types of watercraft for rent, click

-Book a fun dinner at Whispering Canyon at Wilderness Lodge. No characters, but enough fun and Disney magic for all age groups! And HUGE portions to feed those teenagers!
The list goes on and on, and I am sure your teens will find their own fun as well. Let me know if you need more ideas. I hope all of you have a great time in Walt Disney World!
