Hello! I will be in WDW in two weeks with my 9 month old daughter. I heard about the baby care centers to get hot water. Is the Orlando water save for children? We would heat the water in our hotel room or maybe we could get it from the hotel staff? Thanks

Hello Leonie! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

The first visit to Walt Disney World Resort with a little Mouseketeer is a magical experience that you will remember forever.

The Baby Care Centers at Walt Disney World resort Theme Parks and Disney Springs can provide hot water for preparing meals for little ones. They also have many other items that you may require as you traverse the magical lands with your child, including a quiet and cool reprieve from the hot Florida sun.

The water in central Florida is perfectly clean and safe to drink. Many Guests complain that the water has a distinct taste that they do not like, and as such, bring or buy water in bottles in lieu of drinking said water. When you boil the water to prepare for infant meals, the taste is neutralized and sanitized for drinking.

You could also boil tap water in your resort Hotel Room with a portable kettle or an in-room Coffee maker (without the coffee, of course) will also do the trick.

Ordering hot water from Room Service is also an option.

Be sure to look into the Planning Tools offered by Walt Disney World Resort to assist you in planning the most magical visit with your child.

    Have a Magical First Visit!
