1st WDW trip w/ my 4 yr old daughter, and 70+ yr old Mom. We have 8 full days to visit all 4 parks. Planning on 1 day of rest. We want to spend 3 days at MK, 2 days at EP, 1 each for AK & HS. Should we break up our days at MK and EP up or go in a row?

    Hi Irene,

Along with mid-day breaks, I would definitely take a rest after your first full day at Epcot. You'll do your most walking in Epcot and taking a day of rest after a day in this park is highly recommended. I wouldn't tour Epcot two days in a row.

Animal Kingdom closes earlier than the other parks so this is a good park to place in your itinerary after a couple of busy days. When devising an itinerary, I think it's most important to steer clear of expected crowds.

I would spread out your days in the Magic Kingdom as this is likely to be the favorite park for your daughter and possibly the entire family.

I'd be happy to help you with the best days to visit each park in order to maximize your touring and minimize standing in line. Just write back with your vacation dates for additional help!
