1st WDW trip week of April 11th. Already purchased park tickets and character meal. Any suggestions of activity and dining so we are not spend more $. 5 & 6 year old. Should I purchase anything else or just enjoy the parks. Thinking about a H2O par

Since this is your first Walt Disney World vacation, I would concentrate on seeing the four major theme parks. The Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Disney's Hollywood Studios will give you more than enough to do during your week-long vacation.

WDW is twice the size of Manhattan, thus there is lots of walking. Pace yourselves. Enjoy mid-day breaks back at your hotel. You'll make unexpected memories while lounging at the hotel pool, enjoying a nice meal or taking time out in one of the parks to sit down and enjoy the scenery. Of course, if you enjoy the view while snacking on a Mickey ice cream bar, the memories will be even sweeter!

You'll find a world of activities to enjoy that do not cost extra money.
Take a round-trip ride on the monorail, stopping to explore the hotels.
Visit Fort Wilderness for a campfire sing-along with Chip 'n Dale.
Take a boat ride from the Magic Kingdom to the Polynesian Resort, then watch the Wishes fireworks from the beach.
Explore the Boardwalk Resort and take a cruise on a Friendship boat.
Take a bus to the Animal Kingdom Lodge and view the animals from Arusha Rock.

    Enjoy a magical vacation!
