1st wdw trip. How do you get to WDW theme parks? Hotel shuttle drops off at front of Epcot. Drop off@ 7:55a, 9:55a, 12pm. P/u@ 5:30p, 7:30p, 9:45p. Only renting car or calling cab as last resort. How often does service run? Where are p/u& drop off site

    Hi Loo,

Thanks for visiting the Moms Panel with your transportation question.

Traveling between Epcot and the other three Walt Disney World theme parks is relatively simple. The shuttles from the non-Disney Hotels such as yours drop their passengers near the bus stations at the front of the Epcot park. This is also where taxis are available if you decide you need or want one.

Once your shuttle has dropped you at Epcot, you can take the monorail to Magic Kingdom. The monorail station is located just outside the Epcot gate. You will ride to the Transportation and Ticket Center, then transfer to the Magic Kingdom monorail.

If you want to go to Hollywood Studios or Animal Kingdom from the Epcot lot, you will find buses available near where you are dropped off.

There will be Disney cast members available to help you if you have difficulty locating the stop.

Buses normally run about every 20 minutes, so you shouldn't have to wait long. To be sure you don't miss the last shuttle back to your hotel at the end of the day, I would plan to allow an hour to get back to Epcot, just to be safe.

I'm sure your first visit will be magical. Please let us know if we can be of more help. Enjoy!
