Hi Sarah,
Tough choice, I can see why you are stuck! Honestly given that your little girl will be 6 and that is the perfect age for princesses and fairy tales, I would choose a princess room. I've stayed in the BoardWalk Villas and they are beautiful, but as she gets older there will a chance to stay there. As my 5 children are growing up, I'm unfortunately discovering every day how fleeting childhood really is. Some days I'd give anything for my 12 year old son to still want to dress up like Buzz Lightyear or my 10 year old daughter to pretend she is Ariel. Embrace these days while you can, Sarah, and surround your little girl with all of the princesses and magic that you can.
The Art of Animation has the Little Mermaid building which is wonderful. You may also want to consider the Royal Rooms at Port Orleans Riverside. These story behind these highly themed lush rooms is that "Princess Tiana (“The Princess and The Frog”) invited some of her royal pals – Belle (“Beauty and the Beast”), Jasmine (“Aladdin”) and more – for a vacation getaway. Princes and princesses of all ages can enjoy their luxurious lodging quarters, which will include ornate beds that feature headboards with fiber-optic special effects, and gold and crystal accents. Guests also can enjoy artwork and special mementos left by Tiana’s royal friends."
Don't forget to make a reservation to bring your little princess to
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique for her royal make-over!
I hope this helps and that you have a perfectly magical vacation with your family,
Kaylene
