Our 1st WDW trip is May 21-27.I have seen conflicting things about the opening shows.Do they occur at regular opening times or opening of EMH's?We have breakfast reservations at 8:30 am for breakfast and EMH starts 8:00.Will we miss it if the show is 9?

    Hi Kyle!

Congratulations on your fast approaching Walt Disney World vacation!

You will LOVE the Park Opening Show at Magic Kingdom! The show happens every day, about 15 minutes prior to park opening time for that day. They do take into account morning Extra Magic Hours, so if the park is opening at 8am for early EMH, the show will occur at approximately 7:45am. During normal operating hours where Magic Kingdom opens at 9am, the show is at 8:45am.

So ... the great news is - you won't miss the show! Be sure to plan to arrive at Magic Kingdom by 7:15/7:30am to allow time for bag checks and park entry and to secure a great viewing location!

Wishing you a simply Magical time at Walt Disney World Kyle!
