We are going to WDW for the 1st time from Nov.27-Dec.4, and i wanted to know how the crowds will be? We are also staying at POP in Pre. rm, wanted to know with building is the best so that we may try and ask for that area. Thanks and I love this panel.

Hola, Dawn! Crowd levels will be relatively low every day you're in town except on the day of your arrival. (Shout out to TouringPlans.com, which you should totally check out for ideas on how to make the most out of your time in the parks. Bonus points if you can identify and implement the "chuck bubba" maneuver on Dumbo.)

Regarding room preferences at Pop Century, I've never paid for a preferred room but I've always received a room that matches my request. Preferred rooms tend to get you at the doorstep of the Hippy Dippy Pool, which can get noisy. I like to request a room on ground level in the 50s, 60s or 70s building (not facing the pool.) This puts you in close proximity to the main pool as well as Classic Hall, which has the food court, gift shop and bus departures (on the opposite side of the building.)

I like to call the resort directly (407-938-4000) about 36 hours prior to arrival and make sure that my room request is appearing on the information that cast members have when they're doing room assignments.
