    Hi Debbie!

The Epcot International Food & Wine Festival is one of my absolute favorite things at Walt Disney World Resort and I think you're going to like it too. If you're familiar with the World Showcase at Epcot, where 11 pavilions accurately represent the sights and sounds of their host countries, then the Food & Wine Festival is similar, just in eat and drink form. Kiosks are added all around World Showcase that represent countries, regions, and culinary delights that aren't seen at Epcot everyday. Greece, Brazil and Australia join the fun, as well as unique booths where the main ingredients are similar, like almonds, cheese or chocolate. The portions of food are about tapas sized, and usually range between $4.50 and $10 per item. Drinks are standard pour sized, and some booths will offer drink flights so you can sample a few at a time. Drinks range between $4.50 and $12, but you will find some very special high end beverages that are in the $15-$20 a glass range.

You can charge any of these items back to the card on file with your MagicBand, and most food items are Dining Plan Snack Entitlement eligible. The past few years have offered a special pre-paid card where for one price you received a certain amount of credits to spend as you wish on items, but detail about prices, dates, the appearing booths and more will be announced over the summer.

There will also be culinary demonstrations, workshops, special parties, and celebrity chefs galore. These will require advanced registration, but the food kiosks are open from 11 A.M until the parks normal closing time every day. Keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog for up-to-date information.
