Hello Sunni! Thanks for visiting us here on the Moms Panel. In order to take advantage of the Extra Magic Hours, you must be staying at a Walt Disney World Resort. They will provide you with a "Key to the World" for every member of your family. It looks like a credit/debit card, but it is just way too cute! You will be required to show your "Key to the World" in order to enter into a park during morning EMH. For evening EMH, you will need to pull out your "Key to the World" in order to enjoy the attractions/rides.
