Going to WDW for the 1st time since the 2000's in Dec. & I'm hoping to use the new Fastpass+ feature.I cant select choices til Oct, but can anyone walk me through the process ahead of time? I'd like to be prepared when its time to select

    Hi Dustin!

I love that you are getting all set in advance to select FastPass+ reservations for your upcoming trip. Are you staying in a Walt Disney World Resort hotel? If so, you can reserve times for up to three attractions per person, per day for each member of your travel party 60 days in advance of your check-in date. What an amazing time saver this reservation system is! I'd be happy to walk you through the process so you're all ready to go in October.

Before your 60-day window opens, be sure to book your guest room, purchase and link theme park tickets for each member of your party and establish a My Disney Experience account. Decide with your group which days you wish to visit each theme park. Also, keep a copy of the table service restaurant reservations you have made handy so your attraction reservations don't conflict with your scheduled meals.

Here's what you'll do the morning you make your FastPass+ reservations:

    1. Sign into your My Disney Experience account at the Walt Disney World Resort homepage.

    2. Pick "FastPass+" from the "My Disney Experience" drop-down menu on the top, right side of the page.

    3. Click on "Get Started" under the "FastPass+" page that opens.

    4. On the "Create FastPass+ Party" page, choose every person from your Friends & Family list who wants a FastPass. Then scroll to the bottom of that page and click "next."

    5. Pick a date for your visit.

    6. Pick the park you will visit that day.

    7. Choose the attraction and time you want, then click "confirm."

    8. Repeat this process until you have reserved all the attractions you desire for the length of your vacation.

Good luck, Dustin! Let us know if you need any additional help.

    Best wishes,
