Hi Mike, welcome to planDisney!
There ain't nothing gonna stop you now cause you're almost to Walt Disney World Resort! That's right, you're just three weeks away from Cinderella Castle, stunning fireworks displays, and DOLE Whips. You're in what I like to call the vacation countdown sweet spot.
Valid admission, a
theme park reservation for each park day, and a
method of entry (MagicBand, admission card, or Disney MagicMobile pass) are currently required for theme park entry. I understand you're having some trouble linking your tickets to your My Disney Experience account via the
mobile app. If you're able to print or pull up your ticket confirmation email on a separate device, I recommend using the "Scan Code" feature to link your tickets (three small lines at the bottom right of the home screen --> Tickets and Passes --> "+" sign --> Link Tickets and Passes --> Scan Code). Another tip is to click the "Where is the ID Code?" link above the place where you're asked to enter the ticket ID Code. I'm a visual learner and find the ability to scroll through various types of ticket ID Codes helpful when locating the information I need. If you're still not having luck linking your tickets on the app, I recommend trying to link them on the
website, which allows you to enter up to 10 passes at a time.
If your trials and tribulations seem unending, Mike, Cast Members at the
My Disney Experience and MagicBands number work real hard each and every day to help things go your way. I know they'd be happy to assist you with linking your tickets so that you can proceed with checking the
theme park reservation availability calendar and making those theme park reservations.
Plan magic; planDisney.
