we are going to WDW Thanksgiving week 2010. I am hearing that there are changes to chef Mickey that Mickey will no longer be walking around dinning room he will be posing for photos (that u have to purchase) in the lobby. Is this true?

Hi Susan!  We have not gotten official new on this change so I can't verify at this time.  I also had heard that Mickey was now having pictures taken aside from the restaurant and he was not visiting the tables.  But I then heard that this was not taken well with the guests and that it had been abandoned and back to the original plan with all the characters doing the meet and greets at each table.

I am not sure why they would want to change the way it was done as I never felt there was a lengthy delay due to Mickey. I had always recommended this character breakfast because it was well organized and the food was good. I hope this will continue!  Please keep checking back for any changes we might hear concerning this character dining location!
