Hi! We will be at WDW over Thanksgiving, 2019. Where can we be served a "traditional" Thanksgiving dinner? Thanks!

It's great to see you here today at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Harlan!

In my opinion, November and December are the best months to visit Walt Disney World Resort. I love the mild weather and, of course, all of the special holiday touches that you can only find at this time of year. The Theme Parks and Resort Hotels are beautifully decorated and there will be fun special events in full swing, like Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party at Magic Kingdom Park, and the Epcot International Festival of the Holidays!

Special holiday meals are another great reason to visit over Thanksgiving. If you're looking for a traditional turkey dinner, your first stop should always be Liberty Tree Tavern where it's Thanksgiving every single day of the year. That restaurant books up pretty quickly on the holiday itself, but there are certainly lots of other places to celebrate. The Wave... of American Flavors will be hosting a Thanksgiving buffet, and Whispering Canyon Cafe will be serving an all-you-care-to-enjoy turkey skillet with all the trimmings. If you're at Epcot, you can find a traditional holiday meal at Coral Reef Restaurant and also at the Rose & Crown Dining Room in the United Kingdom Pavilion in World Showcase. There are also a few restaurants that are offering a creative take on turkey and stuffing, so check out the "Turkducken" at Le Cellier Steakhouse or the Southern Turkey Feast at Boatwright's Dining Hall if you're feeling adventurous!

I hope this answers your question, Harlan, and please let us know if there's anything else we can do to help you plan your magical vacation.
