Hey, Griselle and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I can say that you have chosen two fantastic Disney Resort hotels for your December adventure to the "place where dreams come true."
The complimentary coffee maker at Disney's Pop Century Resort is a Cuisinart two cup system that uses coffee pods. These pods are not K-style cups but are a disc-shaped coffee/filter combinations. The brand is Joffrey's which is the specialty coffee of Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort. The coffee maker comes with full coffee service in the drawer below the counter and cups on the shelves above. You will find creamer, sweetener, sugar, lids, and both caffeinated and decaffeinated coffee. An internet search for "coffee maker at Disney's Pop Century Resort" will show you the coffee maker and you can determine if your husband will be able to have his favorite cup of joe. Currently, coffee makers are not available in standard rooms at Disney's Art of Animation Resort but you may request one when you check in as it never hurts to ask.
Should you need a standard coffee maker then you can ship one to the Resort hotel or buy one at a local store.
He can also grab a cup of coffee at
Everything POP Shopping & Dining and at
Landscape of Flavors where the variety of food seems endless.
Disney Dad Tip: Since you are staying at a Disney Resort hotel be sure to take advantage of
Extra Magic Hours. Our theme park days are so much easier when we get inside the theme parks earlier or stay later to ride the most popular attractions.
Griselle, enjoy making many Magical Memories.
