We are going to WDW and staying at A of A in May. This trip is to celebrate our youngest daughter’s high school graduation, 18th birthday and official (according to her oncologist) 5 years cancer free. Who can we contact to try and make it extra special?

Hi, Angela! Thanks so much for stopping by so we can share in this joy with you! Gawrsh, you and your family have so much to celebrate! Walt Disney World Resort is a favorite destination of so many who are celebrating, especially those celebrating life.

First off, be sure to contact Disney Resort Hotel Reservations and have them note your celebrations on your reservation. As soon as you arrive, pick up complimentary celebration buttons at your resort or Guest Relations at any of the theme parks. There is an "I'm Celebrating" button that I am sure is perfect for all of you to wear.

I am so glad you have picked out a super fun resort for your stay. Disney’s Art of Animation Resort is one of my favorites and I am sure your daughter will love kicking her fins in The Big Blue Pool while taking some time to relax and think about all she has triumphed over and accomplished in her life. Does she need a bit more pampering? Then I highly recommend you make her an appointment at one of the spas. I personally love Senses - A Day Spa at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort. Your brave daughter has been through so much, so I’m sure a day at the spa could help her not only take care of her body, but her mind as well.

Disney Floral & Gifts has so many options available that can help you show your daughter how proud of her you are. My Magical Triumph sounds practically perfect in every way. If you prefer, you can contact a Dream Maker at (407) 939-GIFT (or 407-939-4438) for assistance in customizing an in-room celebration for her.

I hope this information helps you get started on your magical plans! Please let us know if you have any other questions about your pixie-dusted adventures!
