We'll be at WDW soon! Interested in taking the "Behind the Seeds" tour, but not sure how our schedule will be on Epcot days. Is a reservation for this tour absolutely necessary, or do we have a good chance of getting a walk-up spot for it?

    Hi Sheryl!

Your trip is just around the corner! Are you too excited to sleep yet?!

I love all the tours at Disney! Its great to get a glimpse of how all the magic comes together!

Unlike a lot of the tours, Behind the Seeds is offered a few times a day. Reservations are recommended but since it is offered more than once, it is easier to get same day reservations or walk-up availability. It looks like your visit will coincide with the last week of the Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival so that may draw more visitors to Epcot and more Guests to Behind the Seeds.

If you see ahead of time that your schedule will have some openings, I'd go ahead and call 407-WDW-TOUR and check availability.  If your schedule isn't flexible and you won't know until the last minute, head over to The Land Pavilion as early as possible. That will give you more options for tour openings on the day of your visit. The check-in desk is on the lower level near the entrance for Soarin'.

I'll keep my fingers crossed for you!  Please feel free to visit again with any other questions. We'll be hEAR for you up until you embark on your pixie dusted trail!

Wishing you minnie magical memories :-) Allison
