I am going to WDW Sept.13th-17th. On the 17th we are going to the water parks till 5. Do you have any suggestion that night to make a great last memory? Already have Character Meal planned and MK firework show planned for other nights. Thank You!

    Hi Monica,

I recommend trying a Signature Dining Experience to "cap off" your Disney vacation.  These are Disney's fine dining establishments and any is a great venue to toast your trip (and start planning the next one!)  Some of my current favorites include:

    • Jiko at the Animal Kingdom Lodge (this is my absolute favorite.  The food is amazing and the South African wine list is incredible!)
    • California Grille at the Contemporary - a well-timed meal here will allow you to enjoy Wishes at your table or on a lovely outdoor deck, where the music from the show is piped in.
    • Artist Point at the Wilderness Lodge - the entrees are unique and delicious, and the desserts are over the top!

Don't be hesitant to take your children to any of these restaurants.  Despite the fact that you will be enjoying a fine dining experience, this is Disney, and each of them is very kid-friendly.  In fact, my boys love the children's menus at the Signature Restaurants.  Recently, they enjoyed a "chocolate puzzle" dessert, that they had to assemble and then "paint" with chocolate, raspberry and pineapple sauce.  How cool is that?  If you'd like a sneak peek at the menus at any of these or other signature restaurants, I'd recommend logging onto the independent website www.allears.net and select "dining" from the home page.

    Have a magical last day!
